What we collect

Nightwoven is designed to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use it, we may process:

Birth dates you enter (yours and the other person's) — used only to compute your Bond result. We do not require names.
Email address — only if you enter one to receive a reading or join the waitlist.
Invite code (EarthOnline) and basic usage/reflection input you type into the tools.
Payment status — the fact that a purchase succeeded, plus a transaction id, amount, currency, and product. We use Stripe and/or PayPal.

What we do NOT collect

We never receive, store, or display your full card number, CVC, or card expiry. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's or PayPal's secure hosted fields and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To generate your result, deliver a reading you paid for, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we use

Stripe and PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), and an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate readings from the text you submit. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Retention & your rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your email by contacting [email protected]. Result computations from birth dates are ephemeral and are not tied to your identity unless you provide an email.
